This recipe is supper easy! I like them crispy but you can roast them to your own liking. I would recommend this dish if you don't mind adding a carbs to your diet.
How to make
1.Heat oven to 375°F.
2.Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; cut each half into 4 wedges.
3.Combine potatoes, butter with olive oil & sea salt, herb seasoning garlic, salt and pepper in bowl; toss to coat.
4.Place potato mixture into 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Bake 30 - 40 minutes(depending on how crispy you want them ) ; turn potatoes.
You can also add fresh Parmesan the last 5 minutes for a cheesy taste.
