Crispy Roasted Garlic Potatos

This recipe is supper easy!  I like them crispy but you can roast them to your own liking. I would recommend this dish if you don't mind adding a carbs to your diet.  How to make1.Heat oven to 375°F.2.Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; cut each half into 4 wedges.3.Combine potatoes, butter with olive oil & sea salt, herb seasoning garlic, salt and pepper in bowl; toss to coat.4.Place potato mixture into 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
